To export your list of contacts from your marketing system, go to the left-hand side of your account and hit Contacts & Leads > Export Contacts. Select the category of contacts you'd like to export and hit the "Build List" button to generate your list of contacts. Then, hit "Select All" below your list of contacts to highlight all of the information in the text box. Make sure to copy (CTRL + C) the information. Then, paste the copied information into an excel spreadsheet or into a .txt file to move your contact list to another database.
