If you cancel your account or decide to discontinue with your chosen network marketing company, be sure that you have also cancelled your marketing system account. You can do this through your back office, or you can email support@mobilemindagency.com for assistance with this. We are an independent company from your network marketing company - in charge of running the marketing system - and we don't have a line of communication with them. Most likely, you haven't cancelled your marketing system account, which is why you are still being charged. We do have a strict no-refund policy, so please be sure that you take care to cancel your marketing system account to prevent future monthly charges.
