To reset your password, you can always hit the "Password Recovery" button beneath the login button on the login screen for the marketing system.
If this does not work, you can always submit a support ticket to us. We'll happily help you out.
If you already have access to your account and need to change your password, you can do so under your Account Settings. At the bottom of your Account Settings page, you can update your password.
