If you send us the following information, we will setup your account manually for you and you won't be charged again:

- Name

- Email

- Phone number

- Full address

- Desired username and password to login to the system

- Desired subdomain (example: username.domain.com)

- Your Company Username or ID#

- Also, did anyone refer you to the system?
