First, check your account settings. To do this, visit the left-hand tab and click on your photo, then hit "Account Settings" from the drop-down list of links. Does the email you entered come from a big box email provider (such as Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.) or do you have your own custom domain name? If you have a big box email provider entered under your Account Settings, then your auto response emails are probably ending up in your leads’ SPAM folders or not reaching them at all.

NOTE: We have noticed that if your leads enter an AOL email, they may not receive the autoresponse email at all.
